I had the opportunity to work with Alexis on innovation projects from early in the concept stage to product launch and beyond. Due to her leadership skills and “end to end” mindset Alexis was successful building and leading high performing, multi-disciplinary teams that always yielded excellent results. She is creative, persistent and flexible so was always quick to identify solutions whether that meant developing multiple P&L scenarios or challenging and working with the technical team to find manufacturing alternatives.
